As a Virtual Ward System you can be linked with TMP. When linked Patient Context and Telemonitoring data will be shared with the Virtual Ward System automatically via the TMP Hub.
Patient Context will be shared at the moment a Telemonitoring Provider accepts the Telemonitoring Session. Later Telemonitoring data will be shared directly when the data is received from the Telemonitoring Provider.
If as a Virtual Ward you want to support TMP so Hospitals can easily integrate with your system through TMP, the Hospitals will have to be able to configure the correct endpoint towards which TMP has to send the relevant data. TMP will make a POST call towards the configured endpoint, more information on the data which TMP will send to the Virtual Ward endpoint can be found here.
